What kind of tulle do you use?

I use the softest, non itchy tulle all made in USA.  The tulle is lead free and flame retardant.

How do I clean & store my tutu?

When you receive you tutu it may have wrinkles from shipping.  Hang immediately, finger-comb & shake to fluff.  I your tutu gets dirty, spot clean-hand wash & line dry.

When will my order be shipped?   

Approximately 5 to 10 days from receiving your order depending on volume of orders at that time. It is our intent to fill your order and ship it as quickly as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All electronic payments are processed through Paypal for your security. We will accept checks and money orders. For Checks, orders will not be shipped until the check clears the bank.

What is you return policy?

All tutu sales are final.  All tutus are custom made and therefore we are unable to accept returns.  If you received a tutu that you did not order, received the wrong size or color we will gladly accept the return & ship you the correct tutu. 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.  An order confirmation will be sent when your order is placed. You will recieve an update email when your order has been shipped.

Do you accept international orders?

 We currently accept orders from the U.S. only.

Can I ship to another address?

Yes, you can ship to another name & address.

I need a rush order?

If you are needing a tutu by a specific time (before 10-12 days), please email us from contact page to get more details on timeframe & shipping.  It is our goal to accomodate every need.
